Building(2) 20m long x 9m wide steel framed, 2 hour fire rated switchrooms for BASS ElectricalDean Industrial has recently completed (2) 20m long x 9m wide steel framed, 2 hour fire rated switchrooms for BASS Electrical to be transported to Westcliff Colliery as a part of the mine upgrade. The switchrooms were engineered designed & chassis constructed by local fabricator WGE. Dean Industrial carried out all assembly including flooring, walls, ceilings, wall linings & cladding. The walls & ceiling required (3) layers of fire retardant boarding along with fire retardant doors to achieve the 2 hour fire rating required. The buildings were split down the centre & loaded one by one onto low loader trucks ready for transport.
Portable buildingsDean Industrial continue to manufacture their own style of portable buildings. They can be custom designed to suit the customers needs or can be constructed from a generic plan designed by Dean Industrial. All units are fully insulated & ready for power connection via a circuit breaker box. Dean Industrial can also construct more ‘up market’ construction to suit the surroundings in which they will be situated. Custom kitchenettes, partitions & amenities are also an option.
Control cabins/pulpits & amenitiesDean Industrial can also build control cabins/pulpits & amenities for heavy or light industrial purposes.
